Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. I had a dent and peeling on my rear bumper, and the team did an amazing job repairing it. They went through the proper process, blended the paint with the quarter panel and bumper, and honestly, you can’t even tell there was ever any damage there. The finish is spot on; nobody has noticed it at all. They also kindly sorted out some scratches on my front bumper with a touch-up, which was really appreciated. The team were so helpful, friendly, and genuinely went the extra mile. They even worked late on Saturday and Sunday to get my car ready for me on Monday morning because I had to leave the city and be on the road early. What impressed me most was how understanding and supportive they were. They were very accommodating with the payment because I was having a difficult time financially, and both my husband and I really appreciated their kindness and patience. I honestly can’t thank them enough. Great workmanship, great customer service, and lovely people. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing body repairs. They really look after their customers.

Damaged the whole front end and under part of my car, I’m talking both wheel arches, lower grille, bumper, engine under tray, a lot of work! Came across these guys from positive google reviews and took a chance, the whole experience was positive and friendly. Honest and informative conversations with Khan throughout. Had previously taken my car to other garages and Hazrio completes more work than expected for me for a third less than what I was being quoted elsewhere! The final bill actually came under what they originally predicted! Kept me Informed or parts costs throughout and I had to approve the purchase of each item before they ordered. I was being told by other places they needed my car for over a week Hazrio turned it around to a high standard in 4 days! I’m sure they are open 10am - 10pm so if can’t be without your car for long then defo a good Place to bring it to! Would 100% recommend to my friends and family. Amazing quality service. Hazrio was very easy to deal with, was able to view the car very quickly and gave a very reasonable quote. We expected good quality work but assumed the car wouldn't be perfect but we were blown away by the attention to detail provided - the car looked brand new and was turned around very quickly. We will definitely be returning for any works needed in future as well as recommending to any friends and family.
