Someone hit my front bumper on a car park when I wasn't there. I went to one garage and was told I'd have to go to a body shop. I found Hazrio online and reading the reviews thought I'd give it a try. The young mechanic was very helpful and told me to buy the bracket from eBay and come back and he'd sort it for free. I did as I was instructed and went back with parts. I was met by I think the owner and having explained he examined the damage and called over the young mechanic who took the parts and the car. I was invited to wait in their waiting room. I'd hardly been there very long when I was told the part was done. When I asked how much(l was never one for having something for nothing). The owner said £40 which shocked me, so he reduced it to £20 to which I said okay and left. As I was about to drive off the owner came out and said he hadn't been aware of what had been said previously handing the £20 back. I told him I'd intended on giving the young mechanic £10 for the himself and again offered it. He said that his clients were part of a big family and declined the offer. What can I say! The work was quickly and efficiently done and I'd was happy to offer a payment. Thank you Hazrio, I know where I'll come if I have any bodywork problems again.
